You may be able to purchase your heater under a special order, requesting the colour of your choice. If you wish to do this, please enquire ahead of time as you will need to allow for manufacturing in Italy and shipping to Australia.

A. Piazzetta's can be installed by a licensed plumber or certified heater installer. Tas Energy & Heating offer installation in the North and North West of Tasmania. We also offer a licensed plumber for install's in the Southern Region of Tasmania.

Q. How do I duct my system through my house?
A. A ducting system can be set up during installation using a ducting kit, available to purchase as an additional extra. This will allow you to duct your heating to other rooms in your house via piping and a floor or wall vent.

A. Some models offer the facility to operate your pellet heater via the Piazzetta App from your smart phone device, this allows you to control your pellet heater without actually being present at your home. The Wi-Fi module for the app is approx. $350 - $400

We offer pellets by the bag for $12 (Piazzetta Heater owners receive a discounted rate) or you can purchase in bulk. Pellets are available for pick up from Somerset, Tasmania. If required, freight can be organised - cost will be depending on the location.

At a minimum, running your heater on the highest pellet feed, you will burn one bag over approx. 5-7 hours. Running your heater on a low pellet feed (e.g. speed P1) a bag may last up to 17 hours.

A. Ash from natural (non-treated) wood burned in stoves or open fireboxes is composed mainly of calcium, silicon, potassium and magnesium oxides. The ashes can therefore be used as a fertiliser for plants or in the garden.
